The RISE is an 8-week structured training series designed to strengthen dancers’ foundation and technique. The program emphasizes body awareness, improvisation, choreography retention, movement quality, and attention to detail. The program concludes with either a filmed dance project showcasing participant growth and development, or a live showcase opportunity, depending on the direction and needs of the cohort.
The FLOWSTATE is a 8-week structured creative exploration series designed to help movement artists develop tools for creativity, choreography, artistic decision-making, and movement research. The program focuses on expanding each participant’s creative voice through guided exploration, composition exercises, collaborative creation, feedback sessions, and choreographic experimentation. We aims to create a supportive environment where movement artists can deepen their artistic individuality while learning how to create work with clarity, intention, and originality in alignment with Sync&Flow’s values of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
TIC TIC CLUB is a choreography-intensive series where dancers spend time exploring movement ideas, learning choreography, and geeking out over details together. Each 1.5-hour session will focus on choreography that may explore concepts like:Intricate Movement – learning detailed choreography with lots of textures, layers, and unexpected pathways.Isolations – figuring out how to move one body part at a time (without the rest of their body joining the party).Threading & Tracing – weaving limbs through shapes, following pathways around the body, and creating movement that looks complex and satisfying.Think of it as a dance club for people who enjoy details, movement puzzles, and those moments when their brain finally goes, "Ohhh, that's how that works."
